Wacera is the Senior Business Development Coordinator at KDI Kenya. She is Social Worker turned Development Practitioner with a passion for social justice. As a self-starter, creative thinker, and educator, Wacera has  honed her multidisciplinary skills by working with community groups, civil society, academia, local governments, international organizations, and the private sector. She enjoys co-producing knowledge through participatory research methods and collaborative work to transform peoples thinking and push them to be change agents in society. As a blogger and podcaster, Wacera uses her skills to mobilise resources and skills to turn ideas into realities. She holds an MSc in Social Development Practice from the Bartlett Development Planning Unit UCL.
